Shed is built with Douglas Fir framing and 1x8 Pine shiplap siding.
Roof is asphalt shingles. Windows are made from polycarbonate sheets.
Yard Fence

The scope of this was project was to build a fence to keep this clients dog in and define the yard/forest transition.
The fence is built with pressure treated lumber and galvanized wire panels.
Fence posts and rails are grooved to hold the wire panels leaving no visible fasteners.

The scope of this was project was to build a fence to keep this clients dog in but not block views of Puget Sound.
The fence is built with pressure treated lumber and galvanized wire “deck panels” so the view is not compromised.
Fence posts and rails are grooved to hold the wire panels leaving no visible fasteners.
Deck Over Concrete Steps
Seattle, WA - 2022
This client wanted to cover the existing concrete steps with Cedar and make a bigger landing/front porch area.
Poured concrete footings for stairs and embedded support brackets in concrete for the deck.
Sub-frame is built over existing concrete steps.
Lattice added below the deck to hide the existing concrete steps.
Garage to Pergola Conversion
Quincy, WA - 2021
This project started with an existing 12’x24’ pole garage. The siding, doors, and almost all the original parts of the building were removed. Then, the following was added:
1x6 tongue and groove Cedar was installed on the ceiling.
Existing posts were wrapped with pressure treated lumber to add a more substantial look.
Wooden privacy screen and sliding barn doors were added to the front and side.
Sunburst detail added on gable ends.
Planting Shed
West Seattle, WA - 2021
6’x16’ planting shed with tinted polycarbonate roofing.
Framing lumber is pressure treated, privacy screen detail is Cedar.
Included shelves, potting bench, gutter/downspout, and rain barrel to collect rain water.
18’x26’ Three-level Covered Pergola
Kirkland, WA - 2020-21
The scope of this project was building a covered pergola over an existing concrete slab to create an outdoor living space and RV parking.
The pergola was built from pressure treated lumber, anchored to the existing concrete using decorative brackets, and covered with tinted polycarbonate roofing.
30’x30’ Enclosed Garden Area
Des Moines, WA - 2021
This project consisted of a 30’x30’ fenced in garden area, decorative trellis on top, and giant raised bed.
The fence was made from pressure treated posts, Cedar rails, and wire panels.
Covered Pergola
Gig Harbor, WA - 2019
This project was built during the summer of 2019. The scope included:
Design of 14’x16’ covered pergola.
Pouring and finishing of 12’x16’ concrete slab.
Building structure from Western Red Cedar.
Project included wood privacy screen, hardware cloth bug screen (above wood privacy screen), wood doors, tinted polycarbonate roofing, and a gutter in the back.
Raised Garden Beds
University Place, WA - 2019
This project consisted of:
3 - 3’x8’x24” raised garden beds with trim
2 - 3’x10’x24” raised garden beds with trim
2 - 3’x5’x16” raised garden beds with trim
These raised garden beds were made from 2x8 Western Red Cedar, included trim, and were built on site.
Front Porch Rehab
Puyallup, WA - 2017
This project consisted of:
Expansion of existing front porch space.
Installation of Trex decking over existing concrete steps.

Bayview Country Estates Entrance Arbors
Federal Way, WA - 2017
This project consisted of:
Design and construction of two arbors for the entrance to the neighborhood.
Built from Alaskan Yellow Cedar.
Arbors were stained after building was complete.
